In this blog, we'll discuss strategy and marketing innovation -- both innovations in marketing and the marketing of innovations. Topics will cover business models, value capture, profitability, and opportunities from around the technology world and beyond. There will be the occasional off-topic post as well, if something strikes me as particularly blogworthy. Particularly with regards to customer service. I have particular interests in innovation, emerging technology, entrepreneurship, computers, the Internet, consumer products, product usability, open source software, and intellectual property.
